Jen became licensed in 1999 and worked for a major Madison area brokerage as a licensed assistant and the role of “REO Manager”. Banks are in the business of lending and not holding properties (referred to as Real Estate Owned), so it was her job to get these properties sold and back into home ownership. Jen loved the experience of working with not only banks, but also with buyers and sellers, so in 2016 she decided it was time for her to become a full-time Wisconsin licensed real estate agent.
One very important thing that Jen has learned over the years in this business is how difficult this work can be. She has a deep respect for her colleagues in all the Madison area brokerages. Jen has a lot of experience in all aspects of residential real estate, both the buying and selling of single family homes and multi-family dwellings. Jen will make this hard work look easy because she loves it so much.

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. In addition to rigorous specialized training, the CRS candidate must apply to and be accepted as a member of the Residential Real Estate Council and the National Association of REALTORS. Candidates must also prove 60+ transactions or $30 million in volume in the past 5 years, 10+ years as a licensed agent, and 150+ total transactions or an average of $1 million per year with 40 transactions. The CRS designation assures you that you are working with a licensed real estate agent with exceptional, proven experience.
ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative
An Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) certification tells you that the agent you are working with has gone the extra mile in learning and being tested on specialized training in best practices for buyers. In addition to having your back, the ABR Agent can simplify complex aspects of your transaction, is fully current with all laws and practices, and has proven experience in acting as a Buyer’s Agent. I have been working with home buyers for over 20 years, and I have a solid, proven track record of success for my clients in purchasing their homes.
PSA - Pricing Strategy Advisor
The Pricing Strategy Advisor designation (PSA) is a certification earned by agents who participate in a training program from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). The PSA course trains agents in-depth on using Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to arrive at accurate pricing for residential properties, taking into account all current market influences.
I am a PSA-Certified Agent that can help you accurately price your home for sale or, if you’re looking to purchase, I can analyze the asking prices of properties of interest so that you can make informed buying decisions.
SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification is acquired by REALTORS to hone their skills to help both buyers and sellers of distressed properties. The SFR Agent can direct sellers to finance, tax, and legal professionals, qualify sellers for short sales, develop short-sale packages, and negotiate with lenders.
As an SFR-certified agent, I can help you limit your risk in purchasing distressed properties and show you how to protect your interests in these sometimes-tenuous transactions.
