Born right here in Madison, I have been a successful real estate professional since 2000. And since I’ve been here all my life, I will bring considerable knowledge and familiarity of the area to work on your transaction.

I have 3 kids and a husband, David, and we all enjoy spending time with family, friends, and our sweet pups Izzy and Stella. Local and state sporting events are high on our to-do calendar as well.

Kristin is a Wisconsin-licensed REALTOR, a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS Association (WRA), the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), and the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWMLS).

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. In addition to rigorous specialized training, the CRS candidate must apply to and be accepted as a member of the Residential Real Estate Council and the National Association of REALTORS. Candidates must also prove 60+ transactions or $30 million in volume in the past 5 years, 10+ years as a licensed agent, and 150+ total transactions or an average of $1 million per year with 40 transactions.

The CRS designation assures you that you are working with a licensed real estate agent with exceptional, proven experience.
